August Speaker Bio

Join us as we hear from our speaker,

Krista Pittman

On August 11th Bakersfield Republican Women will welcome Krista Pittman, the California Trump Victory State Director for the Republican National Committee (RNC). We will hear about the California GOP’s campaign plans and how we can help elect Republican candidates. Before her role at the RNC, Krista served as the Deputy Field and Political Director for the California Republican Party (CAGOP), the Political Director for the Republican Party of Louisiana and before that, a Regional Political Coordinator for the Republican National Committee (RNC). During the 2017-2018 election cycle, Krista directed logistical operations in the Southeast and the Mid-Atlantic region for the RNC, which included 16 states. She oversaw activities in 70 offices with a combined staff of over 230 individuals as well as assisting in the 10 U.S. Senate races in those regions. Krista also had the opportunity to assist in the special and run-off elections in Pennsylvania, Ohio and Mississippi, helping Republicans win two of those races. A California native, Krista’s upbringing is rooted in Riverside County where her parents still reside. Krista graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from U.C. Riverside where she and her siblings are first generation Americans and the first members of their family to receive a college education. While in college Krista interned for San Diego Congressman Ken Calvert and Florida Senator Marco Rubio. She also served on Congressman Darrell Issa’s election 2016 campaign.

These meetings are designed to educate and inform people in our community that have an interest in conservative politics.
